Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

The Rexel Momentum X312 Paper Shredder is an ideal shredder for home use. It shreds up to 12 sheets at one time and has a 6 minute continuous run time.
Paper is shred into 5x42mm Cross Cut pieces giving this model a security level of P3. The generous 23 litre bin will hold up to 200 sheets of A4 paper and the lift off lid makes the Momentum X312 easy to empty.
The X312 easily shreds documents with staples and paper clips attached and comes fitted with anti-jam technology that automatically stops the machine and auto-reverses when too much paper is inserted.
The simple, intuitive touch control buttons make the X312 easy to operate and its quiet operation means minimal disruption for users.
The X312-SL is a slimmer version of the X312; this slimmer design means that you have more versatility when positioning your shredder.
DIN Security Levels
Shredders that destroy paper to Din Level P-3 are suitable for shredding sensitive and confidential data, as well as personal data such as company sales reports, tax documents and documents with private address data.
