Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

Cross Cut 110 L Professional Touch Screen Shredder for medium office use with continuous duty motor and heavy duty chain drive with steel gears – 2 sets of cutting knives.
The KOBRA 270 TS C2 is a 1.9X15mm Cross Cut Touch Screen shredder that comes with touch screen technology, an electronic power control system and a 270mm wide entry throat. All functions are activated by simply touching the required command on the touch screen. The touch screen also shows the current status of the machine including if it is standby mode. The KOBRA 270 TS C2 model features 2 separate sets of cutting blades and collection bags; one for paper and one for CD's/DVD's and credit cards. For the shredding of transparent materials like acetate and microform, simply keep your finger on the Forward control for 5 seconds and the machine will run for 30 seconds.
The KOBRA 270 TS C2 Touch Screen machine features a warning light when the cutting knives need to be oiled, unless an Auto-Oiler is bought separately, in which case a warning light is displayed when it needs refilling. The Cross Cut versions can also have a Shred Guard Metal Detection System fitted as an extra to prevent any damage to the cutting system. Equipped with an environmentally friendly Energy smart system™, the shredder goes into standby mode after 8 seconds of not being used and is restarted by inserting material into the machine. This model automatically disconnects from the mains power supply after being idle for 4 hours.
The KOBRA 270 TS C2 shredder has 24 hour continuous duty motors, an automatic Start/Stop function a stand-by function which cuts all power to the unit, a heavy duty chain drive with steel gears and are 100% jam proof. All versions will automatically stop when the collection bag is full or the door is opened and will display a light to show which has occurred. The cabinet is also mounted on casters for ease of movement around the office.
