Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

Multipurpose Professional Straight-Cut 60 L Shredder for medium office use with continuous duty motor and heavy duty chain drive with steel gears.
The KOBRA 260.1 Classic Line Professional Multipurpose Series are the highest quality straight and cross-cut Mobile Shredders available with a new larger 80 Litre Waste Collection Bin and 260mm (A4+) feed throat, which are perfect for continuous use in Medium Sized Offices. Depending on the shred size and model chosen (see below) the new Kobra 260.1 range can shred a variety of media like Paper (P), Film (F), Optical CD�s, DVD�s and Blu-ray (O), Magnetic (M) floppy discs and cards, and Electronic (E) cards,. All Kobra 260.1 Shredders are equipped with a host of excellent features including CARBON HARDENED CUTTING KNIVES which are unaffected by staples and metal clips. The high precision design of cutting knives allows high shred loads using very low power consumption from the 24 HOUR CONTINIOUS DUTY MOTOR which is thermally protected. This means there is no duty cycle or timed cool down period so that you can shred for as long as you need to at any time.

Kobra 260.1 S5 shreds up to 31 sheets per pass to 5.8mm strips (security level P-2, O-2, T-2, E-2)
Kobra 260.1 S4 shreds up to 28 sheets per pass to 3.8mm strips (security level P-2, O-2, T-2, E-2)
Kobra 260.1 S2 shreds up to 16 sheets per pass to 1.9mm strips (security level P-3, T-3, E-2)
Kobra 260.1 C4 shreds up to 17 sheets per pass to 3.5x30mm pieces (security level P-4, T-4, E-3, F-1)
Kobra 260.1 S2 shreds up to 12 sheets per pass to 1.9x15mm pieces (security level P-5, T-5, E-4, F-2)

Other features for all Kobra 260.1 models include a SUPER POTENTIAL POWER UNIT metal heavy duty chain drive with lifetime guarantee with steel gears, an ENERGY SMART� power saving system, where the machine goes into power saving stand-by mode after only 8 seconds saving power consumption and running costs, an automatic START and STOP operation via an electronic eye that senses when you offer paper to be shredded, a SAFETY STOP when the door is opened or the shredded paper collection bag is full, plus an AUTOMATIC REVERSE feature in case of a paper jam if you try to shred too many sheets at one time

DIN Security Levels
