Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

High Speed Straight-Cut 40 L Professional Touch Screen Shredder for small office use with continuous duty motor and heavy duty chain drive with steel gears.
The KOBRA 245 Touch Screen Office Shredders feature a fully integrated touch screen system where all the shredder functions are activated by simply touching the required command on the screen. The 245 Touch Screen models also feature newly designed carbon hardened cutting knives which allows for up to 40% more efficiency in the shredding capacity.
The Touch Screen system with LED indicators show a host of operator friendly features including ENERGY SMART�; a power saving system to put the machine into stand-by mode after just 8 seconds and automatically disconnect from the mains power supply after being idle for 4 hours. If transparent material needs to be shredded then simply hold your finger down on the "Forward" button and the machine will continuously shred for 30 seconds. All KOBRA 245 Touch Screen shredders feature an automatic reverse function in the event of a paper jam.
The Kobra 245 TS S4-SF Superfast features a unique and extremely high shredding speed. The high motor speed is associated with a low shredding torque. In order for the machine to operated at full speed, hold the paper in front of the electronic eyes for 1/3 of a second to get the machine up to speed before the shredding process starts.
The 245 TS Range is available in 6 different shred sizes (see high security section for other 2 sizes) which are all unaffected by staples and metal clips and offer every possible security level requirement, shredding up to 29 sheets of A4 Paper (70gm) per pass - The 245 TS S4 (5.8mm strips), 245 TS S4 (3.8mm strips), 245 TS C4 (3.8x40mm) and 245 TS C2 (1.9x15mm) shredders all have 24 hour continuous duty motors, a heavy duty chain drive with steel gears and are 100% jam proof. All versions will automatically stop when the collection bag is full or the door is opened and will display a light to show which has occurred. The cabinet is also mounted on casters for ease of movement around the office.
Please note that 3 High Security versions - Level 4, 5 and 6 Kobra 245 TS C2, 245 TS HS and 245 TS HS-6 are also available for Government and Military type applications and have been given approval by the UK Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (NPSA), by meeting the NPSA Standard � Secure Destruction of Sensitive Items, and carries the NPSA Trademark. All Kobra shredders now also feature a lifetime warranty on the metal drive chain and feature an internal readable diagnosis system which records operating hours, number of jams and machine use.
