HIGH SECURITY P-5 Cross Cut 35 L Professional Shredder for small/medium size office use, with continuous duty motor and heavy duty chain drive with steel gears.
The KOBRA 240 HS is a High Security 0.8x9.5mm Crypto Cut shredder and is suitable to shred Classified and Top Secret documents for Low to Medium volume users. Designed for Commercial, Military and Government use the KOBRA 240 HS is available in Din levels 5 and 6, which are the highest two security levels available.
Approved by many International Governments and Military Bodies, KOBRA 240 HS is also being used by the US Department of State, the CIA, the National Security Agency and by the members of the G8 Summits. A special cutting system can shred an A4 sheet in about 10,000 microchips which become absolutely unreadable even if special electronic optical microscopes are used.
The KOBRA 240 HS is equipped with an Energy Smart system with optical illuminated indicators for zero power consumption in stand-by mode and environmental protection. It also features a 24 hour continuous duty motor, Automatic Start/Stop function through electronic eyes as well as a stand-by function. The 240 HS will automatically stop when the waste bin is removed and will display a no waste bin optical signal.
The 35 litre removable waste bin can be easily emptied and the 240 HS also features full thermal motor protection.
