Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

The HSM Pure 730 4.5x30mm is a powerful shredder suitable for departmental use. This model provides 4.5mm particle cutting with a P-4 security level and has a particularly large, 170l, waste container.
This machine offers increased cutting performance in continuous operation due to the efficient drive. As with all HSM models this machine is made with high quality materials and carries HSM’s “Made in Germany” label which guarantees safety, quality and durability.
The solid steel, induction-hardened, cutting rollers come with a lifetime warranty and can easily deal with staples and paper clips. The intelligent jam correction feature means that the system will automatically recognise when too much paper has been fed in and automatically go into reverse or increase power to correct the jam.
The device automatically detects pressure and immediately stops the paper feed to prevent any injury to users.
Other features include an integrated light barrier to automatically start/stop the machine when paper is introduced; stand-by and automatic switch off to save energy; and a quiet operating mode to minimise noise in the workplace.
The shredder comes on castors for easy manoeuvrability and the reusable collecting bag can be easily removed and emptied.

DIN Security Levels
