Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

The new Ruffles Direct Bonsaii S series shredder range offers a refreshing innovative and stylish design which will fit neatly into any office environment whilst the revolutionary cutting edge performance provides the ultimate solution for data shredding
The mobile Bonsaii 3S30 Shredder will destroy up to 18 sheets of 80 gram paper including staples and small clips to a commercially secure 4x35mm cross-cut particles meeting security level P4 plus will also destroy into strips media like CD, DVD’s, Blue Ray disks plus credit cards through a separate cutting slot. Shreds are collected in a fully interlocked 30 litre, removable waste collection bin which can hold about 360 sheets of shredded paper, whilst a separate media collection box segregates the plastic waste for easy recycling.
The 3S30 provides continuous non-stop shredding for up to 3 hour, with a 30 minute cool down period due to special patented cooling fan technology, and over-heating protection which allows all S series Shredders to work much longer than other similar products. The 3S30 has an overloading protection, automatic start and stop, and reverse in case of a paper overload.
Other user friendly features include a functional advanced touch panel control, and high quality motor which provides industry leading ultra quiet silent performance. Machines are supplied with an automatic anti-jam over-loading protection and auto-reverse function in case of an overload, and a unique smart Eco mode which shuts the shredder down after approximately 5 minutes of non use resulting in under 0.5 watt (0.0001kW) in standby mode to save energy and money. The high performance solid cutting system which has a 7 year warranty, results in very low noise level shredding of less than 58 dB, which will allow shredding whilst not disturbing other staff in your office.
