Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

The Dahle PaperSAFE 140 is a powerful shredder that quickly destroys confidential data (3.5 m / min) into unreadable pieces in a whisper-quiet operation.
This compact document shredder cuts each sheet into extra small 5x18mm (Din Level P-4) cross-cut particles, making optimum use of the 12-litre bin that can hold 140 sheets of shredded paper.
The PaperSAFE 140 is perfect for small offices and home offices as it can manually shred 10 sheets (80gsm) per pass. The machine also accepts staples, paper clips, and credit cards and can be used continuously for 20 minutes with a 35-minute cool-down time.
It has some great safety features, including an overheating display to protect against overheating, a visual overload indicator, and an automatic motor cut-out.
This shredder uses an integrated light barrier for automatically starting and stopping the document shredder to ensure fast availability and safe use. It also has a convenient feed and reverse function for manual control and oil- and maintenance-free operation.
The PaperSAFE 140 has a practical fill-level inspection window for visual monitoring and a lift-off head for easy emptying.
