To ensure proper maintenance and servicing of your JBF Disintegrator, special tools are required.

This set includes an adjustable 1/2" torque meter for correct tightening of the knife bolts, a matching wrench socket for hex knife bolts, a matching wrench socket for the allen head bolts of the rotor knives, a v-belt tension guage and two small wrenches for the adjusting bolts of the bed knives.

Product Details

The JBF DIS 60/30 complies with top security requirements by shredding documents and media into tiny particles. The 60/30 has a working width of 600mm and rotor diameter of 300mm. It is equipped with one cutting shaft and uses the same rugged cutting knives for all security levels. The rotor knives, which sit on the rotor, and the static bed knives, which sit in the chassis, work together to ensure material is cut into randomly sized pieces. The hard wearing knives continuously cut material until the product is small enough to fall through a hardened granulation screen of a defined size for absolute security destruction.

Warranty Terms

Warranty is 1 year in a one-shift operation or 2,000 working hours. Normal wear and tear of the knives and screens is excluded from the warranty.
