Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

We ordered the Fellowes Automax 550C shredder and within a week of use it was not working. The shredder started to show a 'paper jam' error light despite nothing being stuck, we were advised to troubleshoot and clean the machine to eradicate the error light, however none of the steps provided by the supplier fixed the issue, the machine was simply faulty after only a weeks use and light use at that. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this shredder, the price does not match the quality in any sense.

Sorry to hear your shredder developed an issue. Trouble Shooting is always the first attempt to rectify any issues, and does have a high success rate. If Trouble Shooting doesnt work you have the manufacturers warranty to protect you - they will repair or replace the machine dependent on the fault if satisfied the issue hasnt been caused by misuse. We understand that you have now completed the warranty form and Fellowes will investigate and resolve your issue.

The shredder is a little sensitive, but only by my standards, its not as straight forward as i imagined. Shredding has to be consistent as any continual shredding for too long leads to the machine getting too warm and the cooling process is lengthy (45mins). Overall we are happy with the machine and its productivity - the oil is a must !

A very good shredder but it needs a little nursemaiding during a large shredding job if the paper is not stacked neat enough. The "grabber" can miss if the bottom edge of the stack is not aligned.

Very good shredder, nice and quiet but is quite picky when it comes to the size and thickness off the paper. Its seems to stop shredding if the paper is slightly in the wrong place or it is thin paper so it can't quite grab it. Other then that a nice shredder.

It is quite slow, but more importantly, it does not a;ways pick up the papers in the tray to shred. The papers have to be adjusted all the time before it would catch them for shredding. So although it is meant to be automatic feed, it is not really.

be careful when you buy this one. If any uneven pile of paper, like an envelope, or a slight bent paper it stops and you could to sort it out. Annoying!
