Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

The Intimus 45 CP4 is a small office 3.8x30mm Cross Cut Office Shredder. This is a multi functional machine with a host of features that destroys paper, staples, paper clips, credit cards and CD/DVD's. The product is supplied with a user friendly removable waste basket for easy emptying of shreds within its compact design. The Intimus 45 CP4 Shredder is made from shock resistant recyclable plastic and supplied with a manufacturer's 30 year limited cutter guarantee. It is also supplied with DLS (Dynamic-Load-Sensor), which informs the user how much to shred by detecting the paper volume as it is fed into the cutting unit and illuminating a light strip in the throat area like traffic lights to eliminate paper jams.
It is a security level P-4 machine and comes with Silentec� technology; an innovative tool that eliminates noise by dampening sound, allowing the machine to be used in busy offices without disturbance.
The Intimus 45 CP4 also features an i-control� function button features a combination user lock for added security, protecting the shredder against unauthorised use and a service information feature to ensures reliable, long-term operation, informs the user when the door is open, when the bin is full or if the motor overheats.
The Intimus 45 CP4 also comes with EcoLogic; an electronic energy management system saving valuable resources by putting the machine to sleep after it has been idle for 30 minutes, cutting the power required to zero. Two different cutting heads shred and collect paper and digital media separately.
