Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

Superior medium volume shredder at exceptional price
The Fellowes 79Ci is a Desk-Side Shredder for medium use designed for individuals with a medium capacity usage or small offices requiring to shred up to 14 sheets of A4 paper into tiny Cross-cut particles. This shredder is 100% Jam Proof and will auto-stop and reverse when too much paper is inserted into the entry throat. A colourful visual indicator shows the shredder capacity.
The Fellowes 79Ci features new Patented SafeSense� Technology which stops the machine when hands are too close to the entry throat. This ensures the ultimate safety of the user, as well as children and larger pets. This machine not only has the ability to shred paper but also CDs/DVDs, credit cards, staples and paper clips and the SilentShred� Technology minimises disruption in shared work spaces.
The 79Ci also features a large capacity pull-out bin for easier waste disposal, a fast shred speed to improve efficiency and a heavy-duty yet very quiet motor that can shred continuously for up to 12 minutes.

Very good machine and shreds as advertised. Lots of features which one perhaps does not need for home office but I wanted it to be jam proof given the terrible experience I had with my previous budget shredder. Overall very happy with this product

Finally settled on the Fellowes Powershred 79Ci after spending several hours researching alternative models on the market. So far I have only used it for about two hours, catching up on a large mixture of (types of) shredding - thin / thick paper, staples attached, receipts etc.
Initial response is that I’m delighted!
It’s noticeably quieter than most. Effortlessly shreds several items at a time. It looks really good - stylish & smart. Easy to operate. Very responsive. No jams despite trying to test it! Faster than most. Auto cut off works well. Runs for a long time before overheating. Cools quickly. Perfect size for home & small business. Comprehensive instructions (enclosed, not online). Excellent guarantee. Emptying drawer is easy…
Overall (so far) I don’t have any gripes or issues and am very happy with my choice.

Quiet and powerful. Unlike another shredder we had this sounds completely unstressed and capable of any amount of use. Cross cut for added security, has credit card and CD shredder built in. Good safety features and indicators giving you all the information you will need to operate efficiently.

The shredder does a great job. Quiet, quick and merciless shredding of just about everything. The waste collection bin is a bit feeble and is an annoying downside to what would have been an easy five star rating. It moves while using the shredder and it cuts out. The size of the waste bin is small and requires frequent emptying. When using plastic bags to help collect the waste paper the bin is even more reluctant to shut easily and quickly. Only used it for a few days and it has handled all challenges given to it. Hopefully it will continue to do so.

I like everything about this shredder, it's amazing how many pieces of paper you can shred at one time. This is for home use not commercial, it's a smart design and fits in in my living room.
