Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

The Fellowes 90S is a 5.8mm Strip Cut shredder. It is a sleek and modern professional machine, designed for 1-3 users and is the ideal machine for moderate duty office use. The extended run-time of 25 minutes is perfect for high volume shredding. The machine can shred up to 18 sheets of A4 paper per pass and also accepts credit cards, staples, paperclips and CDs/DVDs. There is a 34 litre pull-out bin for easy emptying.

As well as the shredder, power cable and product manual, the box contains a free starter pack of 5 waste sacks.
DIN Security Levels
Shredders that destroy paper to Din Level P-2 are suitable for shredding internal documents such as company communications, instructions, travel guidance, notices and forms.

Not had this paper / disc shredder long but so far it is a blessing compared to what we have had previously. It is great not having to take the top part off the shredder to remove the shredded paper. So much easier just pulling out the drawer. It runs and sounds so smooth. We can still use it whilst someone is on the phone as it is really quiet. It can shred 12 x A4 sheets no problem. It says 18 but we don't tend to push it to the limit. We will just have to see what the lastability is like now.
