Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

As well as the shredder, power cable and product manual, the box contains a free 14.8ml starter bottle of shredder oil & a pack of 3 waste sacks. Please note that the shredder oil will last approximately 1 week and so it is recommended that you order more to keep your shredder running at full capacity.

DIN Security Levels

The shredder Oi first received sent back as jamming and the bin not shutting properly, sent back you machine sent better that the first. Works well. Bin door bit flimsy when shutting.
The shredded paper needs to be shorter in length.

The auto feed appears to be not fit for purpose. It either does not catch the paper and then you have to keep opening the lid to re shuffle the paper. When it finally does manage to grab the paper it pulls through too much and jams. Then because it has been continuously running with out actually doing what it is suppose to, it then overheats and you have to wait again for it to cool down. Very frustrating.

I thought the machine would be better than it is based on the reviews I saw . I find it jams quite easily even being well within the number of maximum sheets . The tray feeder is hardly worth using as it jams up ( seems to try and feed to many sheets through - even though the paper is without staples) and the paper jam has to be released manually. The reverse button hardly works for most jams. End up using manual feed most times which defeats the object of the expense of this machine compared to my previous machine ( manual feed only) which did a better job but had a smaller hopper.
