Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

Stylish mesh bin 7 sheet cross-cut shredder for personal use
The Fellowes M-7C is a stylish cross-cut shredder for personal use that features a 14 litre plastic bin with an easy lift off head. The M-7C can shred staples and credit cards (to level T-3) and will shred A4 and A5 paper to Din Level P-4.
A powerful motor allows the M-7C to shred continuously for 4 minutes (enough for most home shredding requirements) and features a fixed power cable at the back of the machine.

The use of a P-4 shredder such as the Powershred M-7C will aid your GDPR compliance.
DIN Security Levels
Shredders that destroy paper to Din Level P-4 are suitable for shredding sensitive and confidential data, as well as personal data such as payslips, personal data/files, contracts, medical reports and tax documents.

I chose this for its level of security and compactness, (working from home). It’s fine for my my light usage. Can’t comment on durability etc as so new to me but so far it does exactly what’s it says and is simple to use. Satisfied!

This is a great little machine.. I am very pleased with it's performance.. Not used every day but great for home use.. Gets rid of private sensitive papers and because it's a cross shredder every thing is secure..
