Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

The new Fellowes MicroShred 99Ms is a Microcut shredder that can shred paper into tiny Security Level P-5 2x14mm particles. Each sheet of A4 paper is shredded into nearly 2000 pieces for the ultimate security for any users working with highly sensitive information such as Legal Firms, Accountants, Medical Centres or Human Resource Departments. The 99Ms can shred up to 12 sheets of A4 paper per pass and it''s space saving design means it does not take up too much space in your office.
In the Box
As well as the shredder, power cable and product manual, the box contains a free 14.8ml starter bottle of shredder oil & a pack of 5 waste sacks. Please note that the shredder oil will last approximately 1 week and so it is recommended that you order more to keep your shredder running at full capacity.

DIN Security Levels

Shreds clean and small with no fuss and quietly, not too big. The outer case is a little flimsy and could be a bit more robust. Pleased overall.

Shredder is sturdy, noise level is low, and remains stationary whilst shredding but can easily be wheeled around. Shreddings are very fine like dust, and collect in the waste bag. Nice quality product.

We purchased this specific shredder as this was the make of our old one which had been very reliable, quiet and did exactly what it should do.
This shredder has been awful - the waste bin is quite flimsy and within 10 days we had to return it to Fellowes due to a strange noise coming from it when shredding. Wouldn't recommend this particular shredder
