Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

Paper has to be quite a long way into the machine before the sensor picks it up to start shredding. Shredded paper builds up in a heap, so need to keep checking the bin and shaking it down, so the effective usable volume of the bin is rather less than in theory. Jams quite easily, and reversing the mechanism does not always help. Not convinced on the claimed number of sheets it can handle at a time, or the running time. Emits an alarming electical flash out of the back if switching from forward to reverse in one go - seems ok if taken as two switch movements. I have kept the packaging.....
